How does Arrbol work?
Interpreters will create a profile, which will include information, such as name, zip code, language pairs, certifications, rates, industries (legal, medical), and industry specialties (criminal, cardiology), among others. Based on this information, users, upon creating a user profile, will be able to filter through available interpreters based on their particular needs and criteria in order to identify and target the perfect interpreter for that particular assignment.
When will Arrbol be released?
The scheduled release date for Arrbol is February 15, 2018.
How will I be able to use Arrbol to hire an Interpreter?
Once you create a profile, you will be able to filter through all the available interpreters to find one that meets your criteria.
For example, let's say you have a doctor's appointment with your cardiologist on Monday, March 12, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California. Arrbol will allow you to enter the date, time, and location. Then you will enter the industry (medical), specialty (cardiology), language pair (such as English/Tagalog), whether you need a certified interpreter, and whether you want remote or onsite services. Arrbol will then provide you with a list of those Interpreters who meet your criteria and you will then be able to choose the interpreter you wish.
How do I pay the Interpreter?
When creating your user profile, you will be prompted to enter a credit card number, bank information, or other acceptable forms of payment. Then upon completion of the assignment, the Interpreter's fee will be automatically transferred to the Interpreter.
